SURFACE MOUNT
UNITED EAGLE GROUP offers printed circuit board stuffing in accordance with three classes of the Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies (IPC-A-610). Our SMT Assembly lines provide either RoHS compliant lead-free in the printed board assembly process. Yours/ours printed circuit boards are assembled with exceptional quality, utilizing the latest technology in surface mount equipment.
THROUGH HOLE
UNITED EAGLE GROUP offers cost effective through-hole assembly, either RoHS compliant lead-free assemblies or traditional tin-lead solder in the printed board assembly process. We cover the full range, from the simplest to the most complex through-hole assemblies.
CABLE & HARNESS ASSEMBLY
UNITED EAGLE GROUP cable and harness assemblies are all hand assembled by our skilled technicians to original OEM specifications to ensure compliance. Always a perfect fit in each and every job. This includes using automated and semi/automated crimpers.

UNITED EAGLE GROUP enjoys a depth and breadth of experience in magnetics manufacturing spanning over 22 years. We use the highest quality methods and ideal materials to manufacture your transformer, inductors and toroids under the most optimum conditions.
